Located in Tauranga's south eastern suburb of Welcome Bay, Greenvale was completed in 2016. Abron undertook the further subdivision of several sections ultimately yielding 9 sections in total. With a rugged and elevated landscape the development required many retaining walls along with service infrastructure. The constructed homes were a mixture of single family homes as well as dual key, multi income dwellings with most selling directly off the plan.
